Who am I

I’m Morgane, a UX designer with strong Product Design expertise. My journey has led me through the dynamic world of web agencies and startups, allowing me to craft solutions for a wide range of design challenges. Today, I wield a robust methodology to tackle complex product designs.

My Journey Over the Years

My journey began as part project manager and part UX designer in Paris. After five years, I discovered my true passion lay in solving design challenges. In 2018, I made the leap to become a full-time UX designer.

That same year, I joined Unito in Montréal as a one-person design team. Over the past 5 years, my experience has been a thrilling rollercoaster, punctuated by our remarkable $20 million Series B funding in 2022. Being part of and shaping the design and product team at Unito accelerated my growth as a UX designer. I developed a deep understanding of SaaS product challenges, led user research, and mastered iterative work on complex topics.

Since 2021, I’ve also worn the hat of a yoga instructor at Montréal’s Atma Yoga studio. So today, I’m part UX designer and part Yogini, bringing a holistic perspective to my work.

At Unito, we live by the rule of over-communicating asynchronously. I've honed the art of sharing information efficiently and believe in the power of real-time communication for team alignment and productive workshops.

Organized by Nature

Organization has always been a part of my DNA. Even as a kid, my room was the epitome of tidiness. Joining Unito in its early startup days refined this inherent trait, enabling me to apply it to processes, work, and deliverables.

Embracing Iteration

I thrive on tackling design challenges holistically, understanding their potential limitations like resource constraints, time, or technical intricacies. I'm comfortable engaging in conversations with project managers, developers, and executives to strategize project breakdown while ensuring we deliver maximum value.

Wireframes, sitemaps, user journeys, design specifications, ideation workshops.
