A Little About Me

Moving to Montréal · December 2026

Hi, I’m Morgane. I’ve been designing products since 2013, including 8 years in SaaS. Today I’m acting as design lead for Lucca’s Talent products: about 70% of my time goes to delivering the products I own, 30% to management and mentoring.

I’m looking for a senior or lead product designer role in Montréal. What I bring: systems thinking, solutions that tackle the right problem for users and the business, and a clear product vision. My background in project management keeps delivery on track, and I prototype with AI to test ideas fast.

Where I Thrive

  • Systems Thinking

    Before designing, I look at where a problem sits in the bigger picture. It tells us when to stay focused and when to adjust the scope.

  • Organized by Nature

    Even as a kid, my room was the tidiest in the house. Today it shows in clear plans with finish lines, like structuring user research at Unito or setting up a four-step migration of Unito’s design system.

  • Clear Communication

    At Unito, we lived by one rule: over-communicate asynchronously. 18 months at Lucca, onboarding fully remote and stepping up as a manager, sharpened it. The not-so-secret recipe: agree as a team on how we communicate, share working boards, and organize Figma files so they make sense to everyone.

  • Iteration over Perfection

    I ship in steps, measure, then adjust, while keeping an eye on time, resources and technical limits. At Unito, we fixed our activation gap one experiment at a time.

Designer at Heart, Full-Stack in Action

  • User Research

    End to end, from framing the questions to sharing insights: interviews, user tests, co-creation workshops, audits and data analysis.

  • Product Design

    From problem framing to delivery: user journeys, flows, prototypes and high-fidelity specs, sped up with AI.

  • Design Systems

    Co-built Unito’s first design system, led its move to Ant Design, and bring new patterns to Lucca’s design system team.

  • Leadership and Mentoring

    Managing Lucca’s Talent design team, presenting the product vision to the CEO, hiring our next designer, and mentoring designers across the Talent business unit to harmonize and improve how we work.

  • AI

    Member of Lucca’s AI Lab, I experiment with new AI practices and share what works, to structure our process and align the design guild on emerging ways of working.

  • Community

    From 2019 to 2021, I helped organize Tout le Monde UX, a bimonthly talk series in Montréal.
